We are currently recruiting for General Committee Members to assist with committee responsiblities and eventually step up into an Officer role.
Shared responsibilities
The organisation of the Philosophy Society is a collaborative effort. Key decisions are made as a team, and everyone has the opportunity to invite philosophers they are especially interested in. Regardless of your role, the committee works to provide advice and assistance, including stepping in when need be.
There is an expectation for committee members to attend society events, socials and meetings as much as possible.
Joining the committee is a great way to meet fellow philosophy enthusiasts as well as students from our partner societies, and provides unique networking opportunities with leading academics from Oxford and beyond.
